How can I track my order?
To track your order, go to the “My Account” section, where you’ll find the “My Orders” option. Click on the order you want to locate, and all the tracking information will be displayed.
What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us through our “Contact” form. Make sure to have your order number and photos of the damage ready to help speed up the claims process and request a refund or replacement.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Can I mark my order as a gift and send a personalized card?
Yes, when placing your order you’ll find an option to select whether you’d like to add a personalized card. If you select yes, you can include your name, the name of the gift recipient, and a personalized note.

How can I return an order?
How long will my order take?
It depends on the courier service’s delivery times and the type of product. Normally, you will receive your order within 2 to 5 business days on the Peninsula. Keep in mind that our products are handmade, so production time may be longer.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Only our workshops can be cancelled, with at least 48 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
What should I do if an item is missing from my online order?
If your order arrives with fewer items than you purchased, please contact us through our “Contact” form. Make sure to have your order number ready to help us process your claim and request a replacement or refund.
How many items can I order?
There is no maximum number of items per order, but if you’re interested in purchasing a large quantity, please contact us through our contact form.
