Remember the sensation of entering a house and its scentmakes you travel through the memories you had forgotten. With this creation we want to transport you to “memory lane”.

This piece is a collaboration between Ki Ceramics and Eleven People.

In the Ki Ceramics studio, the process begins with the modeling of the tray in stoneware and then the containers for the candles are made. The details such as the beads and the grooving are marked.

The whole process is handmade and handprints are impregnated in each piece. They are fired the first time and then, when they are bisque, they are glazed and fired again in the oven already placed on the tray, so that it is the glaze that makes them stay together in one piece.

The glaze color is an off-white.

In the Eleven People studio, the last step is done by starting to melt the soy wax by hand. Next, the mixture of botanical oils that will form the final blend of the Les sentiers de la mémoire piece is created, and the pouring is done by hand. It is a piece designed to stand alone on a piece of furniture, always in the same place and to scent the whole house.

This creation is made on demand and, because it is a totally handmade process, it has a production process of three weeks.
